Weiland Kurt grew up in Denver, Colorado where his passion for filmmaking was ignited through action sports and live music from an early age. As a cinematographer, Weiland’s energetic and intimate style is supported by a strong background in post-production, allowing him to create his work with a final product already in mind. With roots in outdoor filmmaking, Weiland is no stranger to capturing beautiful images on location in challenging conditions. He has spent the last four years based out of Bozeman, Montana shooting documentary, narrative, and commercial work.
